The safety of our clientele is paramount. Potential clients must undergo a fitness assessment or receive written clearance from their physician prior to being accepted as a new client.

All of our fitness specialists are highly educated and certified. Our team includes trainers with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Sciences, industry leading certifications, personal liability insurance, and in depth experience in exercise prescription and wellness education. This depth of knowledge allows you to be paired up with a trainer who complements your personality and is well versed in your specific requirements, conditions, and limitations.

» OPTIONS
Our fitness specialists possess unique combinations of specializations and experiences, all of which assists in pairing you with your ideal personal trainer. As well, a variety of SAGE personal training packages are available to suit your individual requirements. To avoid potential scheduling conflicts, new and current clients are given the opportunity to pre-select available training times which will best accommodate their schedules, and they are encouraged to do so prior to purchasing any personal training sessions.

The personal training programs created by our fitness specialists are both individualized and specific. All training sessions are pre-planned and custom-tailored by your fitness specialist to meet your specific needs, goals, personality, requirements, and availability.
